 The Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company prepares cargo and passenger fleet for 2012 navigation.

 The Press Service of group of companies “Eastland” reports that the Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company plans to open 3 new passenger routes in 2012. This will make recreation at Baikal and Angara more accessible.

 At the ceremony dedicated to the end of 2011 navigation the financial director of Open Joint-Stock Company “Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company” Yuliya Ber thanked and awarded the best employees, who showed high results in 2011.

 November 29 the last ESINC cargo barge arrived in port Bratsk. Baikal cargo traffic was finished in the end of August and Angara cargo traffic – in the beginning of November.

 Prior to 45 year anniversary of port Bratsk the Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company issued an extra edition of “Memory Book” that was written by the veteran of Bratsk river port Valery Viktorovich Tambovtsev in the year 2010 in honor of 125 year anniversary of the ESINC.

 Port Bratsk – one of the major units of the Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company – is getting ready to celebrate 45 year anniversary. The ceremony will be held after closure of cargo navigation.

 The Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company’s ships had their last trip for the directions ‘Irkutsk – Bolshiye Koty’ and ‘Bratsk – Irkutsk’ on September, 25th this year. Thus, passenger navigation season on Lake Baikal and the Angara River can be considered closed. 

 The Eastern Siberian Inland Navigation Company (of ‘Eastland’ Holding Group) intends to have closed 2011 passenger navigation on Lake Baikal by 25th, September.
